    The Hechter Christmas Competition Terms and Conditions

    1. Opening date for entries is 09:00AM on Saturday, 1 December 2018
    2. Entry to the competition is via signing up to our database and making a purchase of $49 or more in one of our Daniel Hechter stores
    3. The competition is open to customers of Daniel Hechter Emporium, Daniel Hechter DFO Essendon, Daniel Hechter DFO Moorabbin, Daniel Hechter DFO South Wharf and Daniel Hechter Harbour Town Adelaide only
    4. The Hechter Christmas Competition ends Sunday,16 December 2018 at 9pm
    5. Winners will be drawn by random electronic method via random.org on Monday, 17 December 2018 and will be notified via the contact details provided at time of entry within 1 week, as well as being announced on Instagram and/ or Facebook
    6. The Promoter, Daniel Hechter Australia, reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry are of a type described in this clause
    7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or any other reason
    8. Daniel Hechter Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to withdraw, cancel, suspend or modify the terms of the offer
    9. By entering the competition, personal information of registrants will not be sold to third parties but will be used for communications from Daniel Hechter Australia

    2. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period; it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter
    3. Each valid entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the promotional period by making a purchase of $49 or more and signing up to our database will be entered into the draw
    4. Anonymous registrants will not be eligible for the offer
    5. Participants agree to be bound by the full Terms and Conditions of Daniel Hechter Australia and Expedition Apparel
    6. Prizes must be claimed by March 1, 2019 or will become invalid
    7. Prizes must be redeemed in person from any Daniel Hechter Australia store.
    8. The winners will be drawn by a random electronic method via random.org
    9. This competition is not open to employees of Daniel Hechter Australia, Expedition Apparel, or any agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
    10. The prizes are:
      1. First prize: A complete outfit up to the value of $1,038 including a suit (up to the value of $599) or sports coat (up to the value of $399) and chino(up to the value of $119), shirt (up to the value of $119), shoes (up to the value of $189) and accessories ($79 for a tie and $49 for a pocket hank)
      2. Second prize up to the value of $427 includes chinos (up to the value of $119) shoes (up to the value of $189) and shirt or polo or t-shirt (up to the value of $119).
      3. Third prize up to the value of $119 includes a pair of chinos (up to the value of $119) or a shirt (up to the value of $119)
    11. The total prize pool value is $1584
    12. There will be 3 winners
    13. Prizes are not exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    14. Winners’ details may appear on both the Daniel Hechter Australia social media channels.
